Find out more by checking the library Web site, www.chelsea.lib.mi.us, or picking up a registration form from the library.

Library book sale Saturday

The Friends of McKune Memorial Library will host a Used Book Sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the library, 221 S. Main St., Chelsea. Thousands of books, CDs, DVDs and other items, including the Friends' new eco-friendly book bags, are available for purchase at reasonable prices.

All proceeds go to support the "Best Small Library in America."

Church sets up labyrinth

The Parish of St. Barnabas the Apostle invites the public to try using a labyrinth.

A portable seven-circuit labyrinth was installed this week on the parish lawn at 20500 W. Old US-12 in honor of the Feast Day of St. Barnabas.

It will be available during daylight hours each day until 7 p.m. from now to Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. Join us for worship services that begin at 10 a.m.

Comments and experiences with the labyrinth are invited. Some suggestions for ways to conduct your walk are also available.
