Library book sale Saturday
The Friends of McKune Memorial Library will host a Used Book Sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the library, 221 S. Main St., Chelsea. Thousands of books, CDs, DVDs and other items, including the Friends' new eco-friendly book bags, are available for purchase at reasonable prices.
All proceeds go to support the "Best Small Library in America."
Church sets up labyrinth
The Parish of St. Barnabas the Apostle invites the public to try using a labyrinth.
A portable seven-circuit labyrinth was installed this week on the parish lawn at 20500 W. Old US-12 in honor of the Feast Day of St. Barnabas.
It will be available during daylight hours each day until 7 p.m. from now to Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. Join us for worship services that begin at 10 a.m.
Comments and experiences with the labyrinth are invited. Some suggestions for ways to conduct your walk are also available.
Dexter garden tour June 25
Washtenaw County Family and Community Education is hosting a historic garden tour in Dexter beginning at 8:30 a.m. June 25.
The tour includes Gordon Hall, the Dexter Museum, the gardens and home of Jan Lyons, and the original Dexter railroad station with replicas of surrounding railroads. The cost of $15 includes lunch. Please register by Sunday.

Class of 1958 reunion
The Chelsea High School Class of 1958 is planning its 50-year reunion for the weekend of Sept. 19 to 21.
Reunion information can be found at http://chelseaclassof58.blogspot.com. The April 1 posting lists the reunion activities.
