Chelsea loses to Huron

Chelsea's girls' tennis team lost to visiting Ann Arbor Huron 8-0 last Monday.

In singles play, Bulldog Amanda Snyder lost 6-0 6-0 to Emily Chiao at the No. 1 flight.
At No. 2 singles, Chelsea's Carolyn Olsen lost 6-2, 6-2 to Megan Hogikyan.
At No. 3 singles, Bulldog Alison Gines fell 6-0, 6-2 to Andrea Alajbegovic.
Katie Cohen lost 6-1, 6-0 to River Rat Rebecca Friedman at No. 4 singles.
In doubles, Chelsea's Bailie Simpson and Robin Olinyk lost 6-0, 6-0 to Deena Ghazzi and Monika Rizk at the No. 1 flight.
At No. 2 doubles, the Bulldog twosome of Hannah Boshoven and Diana Bach lost 6-1, 6-2 to Paula Silverman and Anna Davis.
At No. 3 doubles, Chelsea's Alex Broekhuizen and Willa Booth lost 6-0, 6-0 to Courtney Yates and Kelly McDonnell.
The Bulldog combo of Kara Cremer and Ellie Howe lost 6-1, 6-1 to Peggy Wu and Wlaine Otlhere at No. 4 doubles.
Chelsea next hosts county rival Dexter Monday at 4:30 p.m.
