Richard and Jean McInnis of Dexter will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary on a Caribbean cruise with friends in May. The couple was married on April 22, 1978 on Pier 60 in Clearwater Beach, Fla.

Richard retired as an instructor from the Jackson Area Career Center in 1997 and has supervised student teachers from Eastern Michigan University for the past nine years. He will retire from EMU on April 30, 2008. Jean has worked for the University of Michigan Registrar's Office for the past 20 years.
