Darin and Beth Ann Anderson of Eldridge, Iowa, welcomed a son, Nathan Jay Anderson (above), on Jan. 23, 2008. Nathan was born at 1:21 p.m. at Genesis Medical Center in Davenport, Iowa. He weighed 8 lbs., 12 oz. and was 20 inches long.

He is welcomed by big brothers, Andrew, 9; Brett, 7; and Matthew 3.
Grandparents are Duane and Oda Anderson of Gowrie, and Steve and Betty Leeman of Chelsea. Great-grandparents are Fred and Mary Jane Leeman of Chelsea.

A daughter, Ellie Lynn, was born Jan. 10, 2008 at Scottsdale Shea Hospital in Scottsdale, Ariz., to Greg and Carol Leicht of Chandler, Ariz. She weighed 2 lbs. 6 oz. and was 14 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Jay and Kathleen Hanke of Chelsea. Paternal grandparents are Beth and Bill Leicht of Gilbert, Ariz.
Ellie has two siblings, Alexis, 13 and Sara, 6, and an uncle, J.J. Hanke of Ypsilanti.
