Valisa Thompson of Chelsea, daughter of Dean and Colleen Thompson of Chelsea, and Marcus Bristle of Saline, son of Steve and Karen Bristle of Saline, were married Sept. 30, 2006 at First United Methodist Church of Chelsea with Rev. Richard Dake and Rev. Joy Barrett officiating.

The maid of honor was Natasha Rosentreter of Grass Lake.
The bridesmaids were Emily Dake of Norcross, Ga., Morgan Ekovich of Mason, and Mariah Rosentreter of Grass Lake.
The flower girls were Kennedy Ekovich of Mason and Kelsey Schrade.
Darryl Kuebler of Chelsea was the best man.
The groomsmen were Jamie Darrow, Jonathan Thompson and Patrick Rosentreter, all of Grass Lake.
The ring bearer was Cameron Darrow of Grass Lake.
The reception was held at Chelsea rod & Gun Club. The couple honeymooned at Pigeon Forge in Tenn., and currently resides in Saline area.
The bride graduated from Chelsea High School in 2000 and from Michigan State University in 2004. She is employed with Crop Production Services in Ann Arbor.
The groom graduated from Manchester High School in 1990, and he is a Dairy Farmer.
In attendance at the wedding were the brides grandparents Don and Denice Thompson of Chelsea, and Norine Collins of Chelsea. Also in attendance was the grooms grandma Rena Girbach of Saline.
